Transaction Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Transaction Manager to play a central role in driving sales excellence, strengthening process consistency and ensuring high-quality customer outcomes across every transaction.

• You are an experienced Transaction Manager, Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive with a proven record of delivering strong, sustainable performance within a regulated sales environment.
• You understand that finance performance is built on effective qualification, customer understanding and clear communication, not pressure.
• You are commercially astute, confident in your leadership, and comfortable operating within FCA expectations, including Consumer Duty principles and conduct rules.
• You hold yourself and your team to high standards of professionalism, integrity and accuracy. You are motivated by long‑term performance, reputation and customer loyalty, not short‑term gain.
• Experience with in a VAG environment would be advantageous; however, we welcome applications from high‑calibre individuals from other premium automotive brands.
