- Achieve sales targets by selling vehicles and associated products/add-ons.
- Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent service.
- Advise clients on finance, insurance, and additional products, upselling where appropriate.
- Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge to ensure that customers receive the best service.
- Build and maintain a prospect list, maximising sales leads and managing prospects.
- Pro-actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle.
- A full driving licence. Manual and Auto.
- Honesty, with high levels of integrity.
- Ability to work weekends on a regular basis.
- Target-driven, customer-focused individuals, ideally with sales experience.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Competency in negotiating and closing sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
- Well-presented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work within defined processes and maintain accurate records.
- Resiliency and results-focused, you will always be open to positive feedback.
