What you will do:

• Carer Support & Supervision: Offer regular supervision and support to foster and kinship carers, ensuring national standards are met with commitment and care.
• Assessment & Planning: Conduct thorough statutory assessments (such as Form
  
  F), write detailed reports, and devise plans that cater to identified needs.
• Child-Centered Practice: Champion the welfare and identity of children by advocating for their best interests and promoting their involvement in decision‑making processes.

  Cooperate closely with other professionals, including fellow social workers and therapists, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Training & Development: Lead training sessions, contribute to the development of carers, and actively participate in recruitment campaigns.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
• Current and active Social Work England registration.
• Robust frontline experience within UK Social Services, showcasing your expertise as a qualified Social Worker.
