This is a full‑time role working 37 hours per week.
Interviews will take place on‑site at one of our college campuses in Weston‑super‑Mare.
Responsibilities- Work with Recruitment, Community Learning, and Employability delivery teams to source, engage, and check eligibility of learners.
- Conduct initial needs assessments to ensure support is tailored to each learner.
- Provide ongoing case coaching, one‑to‑one support, and review sessions to all learners on caseload.
- Support participants on disclosure in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
- Co‑operate with other agencies and partners.
- Work without close supervision, prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience of managing own caseload.
- Experience of coaching.
- Experience of cooperating with other agencies and partners.
