Location - Weston-Super-Mare

The Role

We're recruiting for a Fleet Coordinator to support the fleet and transport logistics team. This role focuses on keeping company vehicles compliant, maintained, and on the road through effective coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate vehicle servicing, MOTs, and routine maintenance
Arrange repairs and manage emergency breakdowns, including replacement vehicles
Process purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate records
Support fuel management processes
Manage insurance administration and claims
Ensure all compliance documentation and certificates are up to date
Assist with vehicle purchases and reallocation
Schedule and coordinate regulatory inspections of the fleet
Skills & Attributes
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

General understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK
Desirable

Previous experience in a fleet, transport, or logistics coordination role is essential.
