Late Spring through Early Fall (exact dates TBD) Compensation: $18.00/hour - $24.00/hour

We offer a relaxed, yet refined atmosphere with top-tier facilities and services for dining, tennis, swimming, and other recreational activities. Our seasonal dining operation is a key part of the member experience, and we’re looking for passionate and reliable kitchen professionals to join our team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to support our seasonal food service operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals consistently. As a line cook, you’ll work closely with our General Manager and kitchen team to prepare and plate a variety of menu items for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations

Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures

Work efficiently with other team members to ensure timely service

Assist with receiving deliveries and inventory management as needed

Adapt to special events, themed nights, and varying service volumes

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role (1+ years preferred)

Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety standards

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
