Creative Producer

Clean Skin Club is a fast-growing skincare hygiene brand. We created the original Clean Towels, the first-ever disposable, bacteria-free face towel, and we’ve expanded into Target, Amazon, and multiple international markets. We’re known for bold creative, a strong brand voice, and viral social content, but we’re just getting started.

Now we’re looking for a Performance Creative Producer to lead the charge on paid social creative that doesn’t just look good, it converts. If you’re driven, strategic, and obsessed with direct-response content, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Own

• Own ad production logistics from end to end. Concepting, briefing, coordinating editors and UGC partners, overseeing edits, and delivering final assets across video and static ads.
• Drive creative strategy. Constantly generate new ideas, angles, and formats. Turn product insights, trends, and cultural moments into ad concepts that convert.
• Live in the data. Study Meta Ad Library, Tik Tok Top Ads, and competitor brands. Understand why an ad works, and how to make it better.
• Collaborate with creators. Work directly with editors, influencers, UGC partners, and our internal team to bring scroll-stopping ideas to life. You’ll be leading creative direction for both videos and static ads, working with our team of three video editors and two static ad editors.
• Shape brand voice through performance. Make creative decisions that drive revenue, not just brand impressions. Align creative vision with business goals.
• Manage workflows. Help streamline creative team systems including asset management, approvals, feedback loops, and timelines.
• Workshop ideas directly with the marketing team: CMO, Media Buyer, Creative Director, Head of Growth, and Head of Influencers + Partnerships, video editors, and static ad editors.

Who You Are

• Minimum 3-5 years creating performance-focused ad creative across paid social platforms.
• Experience producing direct-response creative specifically in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.
• You know Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube best practices in and out and know how to push past safe, copy-paste content.
• You are a direct-response killer. You write killer hooks, understand ad structure, and aren’t afraid to test 20 variations to find what works.
• Self-driven and independent. No one needs to micromanage you. You take an idea and run with it.
• Data-obsessed. You live in ad accounts and analytics dashboards.
• Strong creative judgment. You know what’s good, what’s bad, and can give clear feedback.
• Comfortable managing editors, creators, and freelancers to get the job done.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. This is not a “wait for approvals” type of role.
