Job Details:

• Work 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM shifts with liver call responsibilities

• Will perform other cases if no liver/transplant procedures scheduled

• Guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 hours for 8/10 shifts

• On-call required: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend shifts per month

• Float within scope to meet facility needs

• Must have strong liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant experience (non-negotiable)

• Must be proficient in MISONIX/CUSA equipment

• Must have experience putting organs back in new patients, not just harvesting

• Minimum 2 years direct liver/transplant OR RN experience required

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel plus nicotine drug screen required

• Scrub color:

• Epic charting system experience preferred

• 40-hour orientation required

• EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each

• Must participate in training students and new staff as this is a teaching facility

• Treat adult and geriatric patients with daily census of 55-60

• Work in 18-room operating suite

Adex Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
