• Duration: 13-week travel nursing assignment
• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (06:45 – 17:15), on-call requirements (1 shift/week, 2 weekend 12-hour shifts/month)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2120–$2180
• Unit: Operating Room – Transplant focus
• Charting: EPIC EMR
• Scrub Color: Ceil Blue
• Parking: Free in any unrestricted space

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse experience with direct involvement in liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant surgeries (organ implantation required)
• Proficiency with MISONIX/CUSA surgical equipment
• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact nursing licenses accepted)
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS (active at submission), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Ability to float within scope to other OR cases as needed
• Experience supporting a teaching hospital environment
• Two recent professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty (within past 12 months)
• All requested time off must be disclosed at submission
• Completion of required modules and assessments prior to start

• Scrub and circulate for complex transplant surgeries (liver, heart, lung, kidney)
• Participate in organ implantation procedures
• Operate specialized surgical equipment (MISONIX/CUSA)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a teaching hospital
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Maintain strict infection control, safety, and universal protocol standards
• Float to other operating room cases as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide scheduled weekend coverage
