- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 3+ years of office experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and database management
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Proven ability to work under pressure and exercise good judgment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively

Monday
-Thursday 7:30-3:30;
Friday 7:30-3:00
PTO in addition to school holidays and vacations
Supervised by:
Office Manager/Marketing Director
- Communication Hub: Serve as a primary point of contact for students, parents, staff, transportation companies, and visitors by answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries appropriately. Publish the monthly calendar of school events, meetings, and birthdays.
- Student Record Management: Maintain student files and records; process annual student re-enrollment and status changes.
- Student Attendance Reporting: Track and report daily attendance internally, and submit monthly attendance reports to school districts.
- Data Entry and Integrity: Accurately manage and update student and household information across all key database systems (SIS, health records, paper backups, and emergency communications). Conduct regular quality‑control checks to ensure data integrity and resolve issues promptly.
- Office & Equipment Support: Maintain office equipment and coordinate service with IT as needed. Keep phone and voicemail systems and related lists updated.
- Cross‑Department Support: Provide administrative support to the Education Department for quarterly reporting, assist the Business Office with tuition check processing, and support Community Relations with events and other projects, as needed.
- Culture Ambassador: Uphold Gifford’s conduct policies to maintain a safe, positive environment. Treat all community members with fairness and respect, champion diversity and inclusion, and represent the school’s mission and culture to students and families.
Ability to participate in outdoor physical activities to include kneeling, stooping and lifting up to 25 pounds
