The Rivers School, a premier coeducational day school for students in grades 6–12, located on 55 scenic acres in Weston, Massachusetts, is looking to hire the school’s next Head of Upper School to join the community in July 2026. Founded in 1915, Rivers challenges students to attain their highest potential in academics, arts, and athletics.
The Head of Upper School will be an experienced educator with a track record of building and sustaining positive school culture and driving curricular and pedagogical innovation. The Head of Upper School oversees all aspects of the Upper School program, serving approximately 400 students in Grades 9–12.
