The Rivers School, a premier coeducational day school for students in grades 6–12, located on 55 scenic acres in Weston, Massachusetts, is looking to hire the school’s next Head of Upper School to join the community in July 2026. Founded in 1915, Rivers challenges students to attain their highest potential in academics, arts, and athletics.

• Head of Upper School oversees all aspects of the Upper School program, serving approximately 400 students in Grades 9-12.
• Lead curricular and pedagogical innovation and support.
• Play a key role in building and sustaining a positive school culture.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to advance the school’s mission and DEI initiatives.
• Assume the role beginning in July 2026.

• Experience driving curricular and pedagogical innovation.
