Veterinary Client Service Representative

Weston Veterinary Clinic is hiring for a part-time Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team!

The ideal candidate would act as a role model in demonstrating our values. They would collaborate with the practice manager, medical director, associate veterinarians, and/or other supervisors to foster teamwork and facilitate a productive, professional working environment. This is a part-time position.
Saturday availability REQUIRED.

• Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Answer multi-line phone system.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients.
• Schedule appointments.
• Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Ensure the lobby is clean and organized.
• Educate clients on wellness plans, preventative care, and post-visit instructions to promote long-term pet health.
• Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in every client interaction, reinforcing trust and the human-animal bond.

• Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using computers and veterinary software.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor with clients and pets.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent, AAS or higher preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squatting, reach, standing, and walking throughout the day.
• Must be comfortable working in an environment with animals of all sizes, including exposure to noise, odors, and pet dander.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a rate ranging from $22-$27/hr the actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
