Compensation: Up to $130,000 Total Compensation (Base + Bonus)

About the Family Office

Our client is a well-established Family Office that provides comprehensive financial, tax, and investment services to high-net-worth individuals and families. Known for its personalized approach and long-term relationships, this office offers a collaborative environment and exposure to complex tax matters.

Position Overview

The Tax Senior will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and related entities. This role requires strong technical skills in individual and partnership taxation, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tax Preparation & Review: Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for HNW individuals, partnerships, trusts, and related entities.
  • Tax Planning: Assist with proactive tax planning strategies to optimize client outcomes.
  • Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and related documents.
  • Research: Conduct tax research on complex issues and provide recommendations.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting or family office environment.
  • Strong background in high-net-worth individual and partnership returns
    .
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
