Accounts Receivable​/Billing Specialist

Location: Westport, CT (on-prem)

Our client, a growing organization in the marketing and communications industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Billing Coordinator to join their accounting team! • Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

• Review billing information and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.

• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, working with internal departments as needed.

• Maintain accurate customer accounts, billing records, and related documentation.

• Respond to customer billing inquiries and assist with account reconciliations.

• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with accounts receivable follow-up.

• Support the accounting team with reporting and additional administrative responsibilities.

• Previous accounts receivable, billing, or invoicing experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Work in a dynamic, creative business environment.
