Qualifications
  • Excellent written and communication skills;
  • Excellent computer application and word processing skills (including Word, Excel, Power Point and Google docs);
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills in working with staff, parents and students, including the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality;
  • Ability to work independently and handle a multitude of responsibilities concurrently in a periodically pressured environment;
  • Demonstrated accuracy with attention to detail and record keeping; and
  • Experience with Powerschool, Google Calendar, IEP Direct preferred.

Salary Range: According to the Secretary contract (see website (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). – personnel contracts) and the WAES contract ( – personnel contracts)

Starting Date: February 17, 2026
