About the Role

Dairy Boy is hiring a Head of Home to lead the creative vision and strategy for our home goods business. You'll work closely with the CEO and Creative Director to define what the Dairy Boy Home brand becomes — the products, the stories, the categories, the roadmap. This is a role with real ownership and a high degree of creative agency, operating within the larger Dairy Boy world.

• Define and evolve the creative vision for the Dairy Boy Home brand — what we make, what stories we tell, what categories we enter
• Develop product concepts from idea through development: mood boards, references, design direction, vendor collaboration
• Weave home goods into our collection drops when it makes sense, while also building home-specific product that stands on its own
• Identify whitespace and opportunity across soft goods, ceramics, candles, home accessories, and beyond
• Collaborate daily with our Creative Director, design team, and production/ops

• A tastemaker with a strong, developed point of view on what s beautiful, what s fresh, and what s tired
• Strategic — you understand markets and trends, not to chase them, but to know where the real opportunities are
• A collaborator who can hold strong opinions loosely and knows that good creative filters make work better
• A builder, energized by making something from not-much
• You get the customer: people building their lives and spaces intentionally, wanting to live beautifully but accessibly
• You don t need to be a trained designer, but you can art direct, give clear feedback, and develop products with vendors
