Job Title: IT Manager (on-site)
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 (depends on experience)
Location: Westport, CT

- Lead modernization efforts for ERP, CRM, and infrastructure platforms
- Provide escalation support for critical incidents and maintain high service availability
- Support collaboration services, including M365 and SharePoint application development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or IT (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years in IT management roles
- Expertise in IT risk and compliance, cloud operations, disaster recovery, and end-user services
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing vendors and distributed teams
- Certifications:
CISSP or CISM, ITIL v4 Foundation - Proven ability to lead digital transformation and align IT initiatives with business strategy
- PMP certification
- Microsoft Azure Enterprise Administrator or AWS/Oracle Solutions Architect
- ERP implementation experience (Epicor, Net Suite, etc.)
- Familiarity with LBM, retail, or distribution environments
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, automation, IoT)
