Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 per year

• Serve as the primary IT resource for the organization—manage hardware, software, networking, and security
• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems critical for safety and compliance
• Implement and manage a ticketing/support system to streamline IT requests
• Administer Microsoft O365 and PC-based infrastructure (no Macs)
• Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with organizational goals
• Respond to occasional after-hours issues to ensure continuity

• Proven experience as an IT Coordinator, Systems Administrator, or similar hands‑on role
• Strong technical skills across networking, systems administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting
• Expertise in CCTV/security systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Mission-driven mindset and cultural alignment with a nonprofit environment

• Experience in nonprofit or community-focused organizations
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT process improvement
• Ability to mentor and build strong vendor relationships
