Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Primary Care Registered Nurse for an outpatient primary care clinic in Plainville, Connecticut. This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Support providers in a primary care clinic setting

• Perform patient assessments, triage, and care coordination

• Administer medications and immunizations as ordered

• Provide patient education and follow-up care

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a Primary Care Clinic

• Primary Care experience required

• Active, clear Connecticut RN license or compact license

• BLS certification required
