Job Description

YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• You are a people leader: you motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, model leadership, and hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room.
• You have an eye for talent and a love of training: you recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs and you train and develop associates to deliver outstanding service and Guest First culture.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: you set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. You motivate and celebrate outstanding performance.
• You are a visual & operational innovator: you implement daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and align with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity is your guiding principle: you maintain store safety standards, uphold Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO policies and do the right thing – always.
