Beauty Educator - Westport CT at Headkount

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 / hour

As a Headkount Beauty Educator, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity and sales.

• Be punctual & reliable
• Achieve sales goals
• Educate retail staff on supported brands by sharing product knowledge and selling strategies
• Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
• Host and participate in branded events, ensuring sales goals are achieved
• Complete detailed in‑store surveys at the end of each shift
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date via the Headkount app

• At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer
• Excellent beauty retail selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty retail events
  
  Strong communication skills
• Professional conduct in‑store & demonstrated team player
• Ability to self‑motivate & work independently
• Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smartphone apps
• Must have a working smartphone
• Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in the market
• Must have a flexible schedule & be available to work weekends
