Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.

• Generate sales

• Support in-store event sourcing and execution
• Enhance Customer Experience and uphold brand standards

• Lead email capture and educate new associates on best practices
• Maintain current customer wish lists and notify customers when products arrive
• Crew Development: assist with training new associates
• Foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic crew and customer environment
• Assist with recruiting and referring top talent for the store’s teams
• Support store and team-building activities with the management team
• Operations: maintain efficient merchandise controls and loss prevention awareness
• Ensure a clean and tidy store environment
• Merchandising: maintain merchandising as per company standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives
• Provide weekly product feedback
