HVAC Service Technician

USA Mechanical is seeking an experienced and licensed commercial HVAC Technician with a valid D-2 or S-2 CT license, EPA certification, and OSHA 10 certificate to service our growing commercial (no residential) account base. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with others and work independently, exercising strong interpersonal skills for effective communication. Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure, as well as interpret and apply government and industry standards, is essential.

• Establish business relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide guidance and support to the USA Mechanical team.
• Maintain high productivity and quality outcomes.
• Proactively help resolve commercial HVAC issues.

• S-1 or S-2, D-1 or D-2 license in CT (Required)
• EPA Technician (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• 1-5+ years of related experience
