Location: Westport, CT

Pay: $25–$30 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekend coverage. 6:00 AM–5:00 PM with extended mid‑day break.

As a Dispatcher, you will be a key contributor to our commitment to safety and customer service. You will dispatch all buses, ensure on‑time performance of routes, and support drivers and monitors on the front line.

• Oversee all routes and bus scheduling
• Counsel and coach drivers and monitors as needed
• Handle high volumes of phone and radio communication
• Document scheduling issues or driver concerns; report to the Operations Supervisor or Contract Manager
• Serve as primary communication liaison with contracted customers
• Manage charter reservations, billing, or driver payroll as assigned
• Provide quick solutions to pick‑up and drop‑off challenges
• Assist with day‑to‑day operational oversight and special projects
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties or serve as a backup driver if needed

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of radio dispatch equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform well under time constraints and deadlines
• Computer literacy required
• Preferred: experience in terminal operations, dispatch, or as a driver
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason
