The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician II to respond to service requests, perform interior/exterior repairs, and maintain grounds across our properties. This role emphasizes strong customer service, independent work, and collaboration with the maintenance team.
Candidates should have a background in building trades, a High School diploma, and at least 3 years of hands-on repair experience in two or more trades. In-office five days a week at our Westport site is required.
