Job DescriptionThe Assistant Manager is a critical role in our stores, responsible for leading and managing shifts, delivering excellent customer care, driving store goals, and supporting the General Manager in all aspects of business operations. Assistant Managers uphold all policies, represent our brand image, and serve as ambassadors to Team Members. They stay current with Domino’s training by completing Pizza College courses and any required training programs.
Duties & Responsibilities- Uphold and represent a rock‑solid brand image.
- Manage the store and team with a high‑volume mentality.
- Achieve all RPM service goals.
- Learn organizational and inventory skills.
- Train and coach the Team to achieve desired product, service, and image results.
- Leverage advanced technology equipment to be part of the leading pizza industry.
- Maintain safety standards.
- Own problem resolution and take ownership actions.
- Operate all in‑store equipment, including oven‑tending.
- Exhibit strong time‑management skills and multitask in a competitive environment.
- Create a fun, happy, and exciting environment for customers and team members.
- Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
- Apply marketing tools to help reach store goals.
- Maintain store cleanliness and board‑of‑health standards.
- Lead all Team Members to achieve store goals.
- Consistently work 40+ hours per week.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pass the RPM Freshman class.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Food Safety Certified as required by the area.
