Front Counter & Customer Service Associate

This position is focused on creating a friendly, welcoming experience for every customer who walks into Market Wego. You’ll be one of the main faces of the store, helping customers with orders, answering questions, operating the register, and keeping the front counter running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is personable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced local market.

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Take customer orders accurately
• Operate the register and handle cash and card transactions
• Answer questions about Market Wego products and menu items
• Package and bag customer orders
• Keep the front counter clean, organized, and stocked
• Restock drinks, snacks, sauces, and retail products
• Help package prepared foods when needed
• Help with light cleaning and general store duties
• Support the kitchen and production team when needed
