• Review and verify service repair orders and parts invoices for accuracy and legibility
• Input data from hard copies into the digital system (RO reconciliation)
• Calculate materials or shop supply charges accurately
• Finalize retail prices including parts, fluids, labor, supplies, and taxes
• Support the service team with additional administrative tasks as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, high-energy attitude
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment

The pay for this position is $11.33 - $14.00/hr based on experience.
