• Prior Automotive Technician/Mechanic experience
• A genuine passion for automotive work
• Punctuality and reliability – Being on time and ready to work is essential
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Personal toolset appropriate to your experience level
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to meet and exceed performance goals
