Analyst, Strategy and Performance (Hybrid)

Essential Functions- Monitor supply chain systems, including ERP, sourcing & contracting, and supplier management platforms.
- Analyze data sets to identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Investigate complex problems, determine root causes, and devise effective solutions.
- Administer predetermined system support activities: documentation, user training, upgrade coordination.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on assigned systems.
- Execute scripts for testing plans associated with system upgrades.
- Manage change associated with system and process modifications.
- Create and deliver training materials related to systems and processes.
- Develop and distribute ad‑hoc and regular supply‑chain reports for business partners, management, and stakeholders.
- Produce pre‑determined reporting such as Supply Chain Metrics Scorecards, SRM Scorecards, Savings Reports, Spend Reports, Contract Reports, and Compliance Reports.
- Leverage data extraction and visualization tools.
- Proficient quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of performance reporting and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of procure‑to‑pay processes.
- Experience with data cleansing, testing, and validation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present analytical information to various organizational levels.
- Solid background in business and financial principles.
- Understanding of purchasing and inventory systems.
- Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and influencing skills.
- Time‑management and project‑management capabilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and programming languages such as SQL, VBA, and DAX.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- MBA preferred.
- MBA preferred (same as education).
- Available for emergency restoration assignments as required.
- Available to travel between MA, CT, and NH as necessary.
Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. Salary is commensurate with experience and the annual salary range for this position is $89,100–$99,000. The position may be eligible for a potential incentive.
