Associate Product Line Manager

Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Location:

Greater Boston Area;
Monday-Thursday in office required

As an Associate Product Line Manager
, you’ll be at the heart of the product creation process—helping shape the apparel and headwear that define ’47. You’ll partner closely with Product Line Managers to build seasonal assortments, dig into data and marketplace trends, keep our tools sharp and accurate, and make sure cross-functional teams have everything they need to bring product to life. If you love sports, style, and fast-paced collaboration, this role puts you right into action.

What

You’ll Do
  • Keep our product systems (GBS, Airtable, reporting tools) updated, organized, and accurate.
  • Support seasonal line strategy through marketplace research, sales insights, and consumer trends.
  • Share clear, timely product updates with partner teams across the business.
  • Participate in key meetings—capturing notes, owning follow-ups, and keeping conversations moving.
  • Contribute to competitive and consumer analysis that helps guide smart product decisions.
  • Own sample management: ordering, tracking, organizing, and preparing product across all seasons.
  • Merchandise conference rooms and help create inspiring product displays that tell a story.
  • Prep for sales meetings and events by organizing samples, building materials, and ensuring everything is dialed in and ready to go.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in product, merchandising, planning, or a similar field.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general data systems.
  • A natural knack for organization and multitasking.
  • Sharp attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and collaborative.
  • A genuine passion for apparel, headwear, and sports culture
