Motion Designer THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a creative thinker who brings motion to life and turns ideas into experiences that move people? We’re looking for a passionate Motion Designer to join our Brand & Visual Communication team — a place where bold ideas, visual storytelling, and technical craft come together.

In this role, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Art Directors, Designers, and Videographers to produce dynamic, striking content that brings our brand to life across all platforms. You’ll also collaborate with Category and Campaign Managers to transform strategy into motion — creating experiences that are not just seen, but felt.

Our headquarters are currently based in Hyllie, just a quick train or car ride from Copenhagen, with an exciting relocation to central Copenhagen for early 2026. • Design engaging, high-quality motion graphics, video edits, animations & sound design for a wide range of channels and formats
• Bring campaigns to life through movement –turning ideas and objectives into captivating motion experiences
• Develop, produce, and adapt content for TVC, DOOH, Online, SoMe, and Corporate communications, across all Nordic and Baltic markets
• Support the evolution of brand's motion language, helping define how our visual identity comes alive through movement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery of all motion assets
• Confidently pitch and present ideas, contributing to a culture that celebrates creativity, experimentation, and craft

You’re a creative and technically skilled motion designer who blends visual flair with precision and storytelling. You thrive in a dynamic environment, love collaborating across disciplines, and know how to balance creativity with commercial impact.

• 5+ years of experience in motion design & video editing (agency or in-house).
• Strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially skilled in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or similar video/sound editor).
• Experience with 2D motion graphics, video editing, sound editing, and mixing (voice-over, music, and audio balancing) and versioning for multiple markets and platforms. Knowledge of color grading is beneficial.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and versioning workflows for multi-market delivery.
• Familiarity with TVC, DOOH, Online, and SoMe video production workflows.
• Experience with generative AI tools is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (our corporate language).

Location:

From Q1 2026, based at our new HQ in Copenhagen (Kalvebod Brygge 1, 1560 København). Work until the move will take place at our current HQ in Malmö.
