Part time DOFI (Director of First Impressions)

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar in our scheduling system
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, proactively anticipate salon needs and address
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist with product demos and retail sales
• Communicate effectively with salon staff to ensure smooth operations

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain records
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus
• Basic math skills for handling payments and cash transactions
• Phone etiquette to provide professional and courteous service to clients
• Knowledge of salon products and services is beneficial
• Experience in retail sales, electronics sales, or wireless sales is an advantage
