The Town of Westwood seeks a full-time Public Safety Telecommunicator to answer 911 and non-emergency calls and coordinate dispatch for police, fire, EMS, and other town services from a state‑of‑the‑art Public Safety Communications Center. Duties include operating the CAD system (NEXGEN), prioritizing calls, monitoring radio frequencies, and assisting the public.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, associate’s degree preferred, plus one year in customer service; background check
