Search Specialist The Opportunity
Booztlet is growing fast — and we’re on an ambitious journey to elevate our marketing presence across Europe. To fuel this growth, we’re now looking for a Search Specialist to join our marketing team and take full ownership of our search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other key performance channels.
As a Search Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving growth through Shopping and Text Ads, ensuring we’re always optimizing performance and staying ahead of the curve. At Booztlet, we move quickly — decisions are made fast, and great ideas turn into action. You’ll have the freedom to make an impact, experiment with new initiatives, and contribute directly to our success story.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a driven and collaborative marketing team where innovation, creativity, and performance go hand in hand. From early 2026, Boozt will relocate its HQ to central Copenhagen, moving into a newly renovated office designed to inspire collaboration and growth.
What you will do- Take full responsibility for Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.
- Optimization of search channels daily, focusing on driving business revenue with a large budget.
- Manage & improve product feeds.
- Continuously test, analyze, and innovate to push the boundaries of channel performance.
- Work with our tracking team to ensure a best-in-class data foundation.
- Collaborate with other specialists in Boozt - sharing key learnings & growing together.
You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where growth and experimentation are part of the daily routine. You’re a hands-on problem solver with strong analytical skills, a structured mindset, and a passion for pushing the limits of search performance.
We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and execution-driven, eager to make a measurable impact on our business.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads & Microsoft Ads (Shopping + Text Ads).
- Solid experience managing product feeds (experience with Products Up is a plus).
- Strong technical understanding of performance marketing and tracking.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or performance-focused environments.
- Fluency in English (our corporate language).
Location:
From Q1 2026, based at our new HQ in Copenhagen (Kalvebod Brygge 1, 1560 København). Until then, work will be split between our smaller Copenhagen office and our current HQ in Malmö (just a 30-minute commute from Copenhagen).
