Shalom Corner Early Learning Center is an early childhood education program located at Temple Beth David in Westwood, MA. We are a small, play‑based program that values smart, funny, caring and committed early childhood educators.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a full‑time certified Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher to lead our 2‑year‑old classroom.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement a play‑based curriculum that supports the social/emotional, physical, and cognitive development of the children.
- Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
- Supervise assistant teachers and collaborate with the teaching team.
- Communicate daily with parents about their child's progress and classroom activities.
- Active EEC (Early Childhood Educator) license.
- Strong Start 2.0 certification completed.
- Experience teaching infants/toddlers in a play‑based setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team‑player mindset.
- Competitive salary range: $50,000.00–$55,000.00, based on experience.
