Lead Advisor – Heritage Generations GroupThe Lead Advisor will serve as the primary advisor for new and existing clients within this segment, providing holistic financial planning and investment advice, leveraging the firm’s resources to deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an opportunity for an advisor who is passionate about financial education, generational planning and building long‑term relationships with clients in the early and mid‑stages of wealth accumulation.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Serve as the primary advisor for clients within the Heritage Generations Group.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning including investment management, cash flow planning, retirement planning, insurance and estate planning considerations.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner through their major life and financial milestones, such as purchasing a home, getting married, starting a family, and navigating career decisions.
- Guide prospective clients through the full onboarding process, from the Recommendations meeting to account set up and transfer process.
- Collaborate with other wealth management teams who advise the parents of Generations Group clients to facilitate multi‑generational planning strategies. Join meetings with the parents of clients as requested.
- Document thorough meeting notes, send client follow‑up email with action items, and distribute internal tasks in the firm’s CRM within the required turnaround time.
- Ensure accuracy and thoroughness of Net Worth Statements.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field.
- 2 years of experience leading client relationships, working with millennia ls a plus.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and deliver high‑quality advice.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
