* We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in Boston. Ideal candidates will have a strong hospice and home health background.

** Responsibilities:*
* • Deliver quality hospice care in patients' homes.

• Complete documentation using HCHB and OASIS, with same
• day submission.

• Manage a caseload of 20
• 25 cases weekly.

• Attend weekly in
• person office meetings.

• Be flexible to float as needed.

* • 13•week contract, 40 hours/week.

• Monday to Friday, 8 am
• 5 pm.

• Possible weekend work; no on
• call or overtime.

* Qualifications:

* • Active RN License and BLS Certification.

• 2+ years of hospice experience.

• Proficient in HCHB/OASIS, with Oasis E experience post
• January 2023.

• Efficient caseload management skills.
