Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking a very compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide and/or CNA for the Westwood area to assist with our senior client who is in need of support and companionship.

Shifts Available:
Monday through Friday 3pm‑6pm. These hours are set and not flexible.

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and light housekeeping.
• Encourage walking, exercising, and range of motion exercises.
• Provide stimulating conversation and activities.
• Encourage fluid intake and possible meal preparation in accordance with orders/Care Plan.
• Document shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone.
• Report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner.

We are also seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs for the following areas:
Bridgewater, West Bridgewater, Raynham, Middleboro.

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification.
• 2+ years of experience working with your certification.
• Kind, compassionate, reliable, dependable, and skilled HHA.
• Experience working with dementia and catheter care.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a CORI check.
• Current TB test (Quanti
  
  FERON Gold Test or X-ray).
• Speak, read, write English clearly; effective communication skills.
• Must own a smart phone.
