We are looking for a strategic, data-driven talent to turn insights into actions and elevate our commercial performance. As our new Digital Analytics & Insights Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of pre-purchase analytics, uncovering trends and patterns, and translating them into clear, actionable insights.
You will be the funnel and conversion optimisation owner and lead the development and improvement of the on‑site customer experience. You will work closely with a highly skilled, ambitious and collaborative commercial team that thrives on impact and shared success. WHATYOU WILL DO
- Build & enhance analytics frameworks:
Define and build KPI dashboards to analyse funnel performance and pre‑purchase behaviour. - Turn insights into action:
Translate findings into clear commercial recommendations, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue through A/B testing and tag management. - Collaborate with experts:
Partner with the post‑purchase analytics team to connect insights across the entire customer journey. - Shape how we work with data:
Challenge existing processes, propose new strategies, and influence how the organisation achieves data‑driven commercial excellence
You bring a strong commercial mindset — you naturally translate insights into action and action into measurable business results. You are a curious, proactive, and confident communicator who thrives when collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in e‑commerce analytics with a deep interest in digital customer behaviour
- Strong experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM), especially in tracking, measurement and optimisation
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in English and comfort working in an international environment
- Bonus: experience with Big Query, Looker Studio, or Qlik Sense

Our HQ is currently in Hyllie, just a short train or car ride from Copenhagen, with an exciting relocation to central Copenhagen in early 2026.
