Performance Marketing Manager | European Markets
THE OPPORTUNITY
Boozt is looking for a driven and analytical Performance Marketer for the European Markets, based at our new HQ in Copenhagen.
This is a brand-new role within a Performance Marketing team currently being built. In this role, you will take full ownership of performance marketing across the European Markets, driving sales, optimizing pricing strategies and executing on daily local performance activities.

As the Performance Marketer for the European Markets, you will be responsible for the daily sales and performance for the European Markets including:
Country growth: You will be responsible for the growth in the European Markets and manage the marketing budget for the European Markets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels to achieve growth and ROAS/CPA targets.
Market Insight: Provide market intelligence for key European markets, including competitor activity, consumer behavior, and media trends.
Pricing: You will work with our pricing and competitor insights to validate our pricing strategies in the European Markets and ensure we are pushing the right products and prices in Google shopping.
Executing our strategy for the European Markets: Develop, implement, and manage local performance marketing campaigns (including paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing) tailored to the European Markets — in collaboration with our channel experts that handles core execution.
In your daily work, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to grow the European Markets such as Channel experts, Buying & Merchandising, Category & shop team. You will analyze campaign performance, spot trends, and implement data‑driven optimizations using tools like Google Analytics and internal reporting systems. Additionally, it is important to continuously explore new local opportunities to maximize the market's full potential.
YOURPROFILE
Strong experience and knowledge across European Markets.
Experience working with online marketing within agencies and/or e‑commerce.
Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms; strong analytical skills.
Data‑driven, curious, and results‑oriented. Ability to explore data and implement actionable solutions.
Excellent communication skills in English and the language relevant to the specific market.
Independent, proactive, and able to manage deadlines while delivering high‑quality campaigns.
