• Optimally assists in supporting the activation and coordination of US Influencer marketing strategies that will make a material impact on brand perception and product desirability
• Oversee the administration and execution details to attain influencer content including managing PO creation, vendor setup, Facilitating Influencer and talent contracts with legal
• Owning and maintaining talent, social, influencer, seeding budget
• Assist in agency relationship management
• Lead relationships with macro influencers
• Assist in managing seeding initiatives
• Managing the proofing of the creative concepts and results
• Supervising and publishing influencer performance metrics
• Writing influencer briefs that drive creative output
• Support social listening, maintaining a deep understanding on the latest trends, consumer insights, capabilities, and algorithm shifts across social platforms and influencers
• Liaison across the marketing team to build and coordinate influencer campaigns that work across different channels (Social, Digital, Wholesale, Paid Media)

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, related discipline, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, working with a lifestyle brand preferred
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Expert in Microsoft office (PPT, Excel, Word) and Canva
• Influencer and NIL experience preferred
• Understanding of and fluency across key social platforms
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Naturally curious, idea generator, and avid user of social media platforms. Eagerness to explore and test emerging trends.
• Thrives in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment both collaboratively and autonomously

Salary or Pay Range: $69,000 - $79,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas:
Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
