Associate Marketing Specialist, Energy Efficiency; Hybrid

This position supports the execution of multiple marketing programs, advertising campaigns and sales initiatives in the company’s three operating states. The marketing specialist will ensure consistency with business branding and objectives and execute projects based on Eversource principles. This position requires close integration with key internal customers, business and sales management, and the other members of the marketing outreach and communications team.

The specialist will be detail-oriented, able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be both a team player and individual contributor. The role is based in Westwood, MA.

• Collaborates with members of the marketing team on the execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Coordinates with internal and external copywriters, graphic designers, photographers, and other vendors.
• Oversees, with the manager’s guidance, the creation of the department’s collateral, press releases, case studies, etc.
• Assists in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and sponsor ships.
• Participates in a continuous improvement team to facilitate departmental workflow processes.
• Additional duties assigned as business needs dictate.
• Travels approximately 10% of time.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or Business

Zero (0) to three (3) years marketing experience

Previous Energy Efficiency program experience is strongly preferred, including familiarity with our processes, systems, stakeholders, and business environment.

The annual salary range for this position is: $72,950.00-$81,050.00
