About the roleBridges by EPOCH at Westwood is hiring a Full‑time Wellness Director (Resident Care Director) RN or LPN to serve as a clinical leader on our compassionate nursing team. The position requires overseeing resident care nursing, coordinating with family, physicians, health service agencies, and hospital liaisons, and ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care.
Responsibilities- Overall implementation and coordination of resident care nursing in the community.
- Interaction with family members, physicians, health service agencies, and hospital liaisons as needed.
- Hiring, evaluating, and supervising staff within the department.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care and services.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in MA.
- Strong staff management and supervisory skills.
- Memory care experience in an assisted‑living community.
- Dementia care experience required.
- On‑call availability.
