** Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
** The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting, testing, and measuring components and finished products to ensure full compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, supporting continuous improvement, and upholding company standards.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Inspect, test, and measure components and completed products to verify conformance with engineering drawings and customer specifications.
* Use precision measurement tools such as rulers, calipers, gauges, and micrometers to evaluate product dimensions and quality.
* Approve or reject finished items based on inspection results.
* Ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards.
* Quarantine and document any materials or products that fail to meet specifications.
* Communicate inspection findings with production, engineering, and other relevant teams.
* Record and maintain accurate inspection and test data, including detailed documentation of results.
* Perform incoming parts inspections to verify supplier quality.
* Manage quality‑related communications with vendors, including issues related to nonconforming materials.
* Maintain statistics and reports on rejected materials, failures, quality concerns, and vendor returns.
* Oversee and maintain the calibration program for all in‑house test equipment and tools.
* Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls are followed within manufacturing areas.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection practices required.
* ASQ certification preferred.
** Minimum Qualifications
** Requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience

Base Pay Range: $20.44 - $34.76 Per Hour Primary
