Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations. Lead the omnichannel processes. Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Must be able to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks.
- Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled environment, with some outdoor work.
