Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) - Target

The Starting Hourly Rate is $19.25 USD per hour. The Pay Range is $19.25 USD - $28.90 USD per hour. All about Target and the Style team: consultants who deliver a strong guest experience through operations, visual merchandising, and product knowledge to help guests discover and purchase our assortment.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Utilize store tools to analyze sales and inventory, and to solve guest needs.
• Sort and push freight to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change and clearance merchandising with signed signage.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest in apparel and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Good communication skills and ability to use handheld scanners and store technology.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling ability, ladder safety, and physical ability to lift/move merchandise (up to 44 pounds with or without assistance) and work in varying temperatures.
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance.
