The sales assistant is a key face-to-face contact and liaison for customers, responsible for generating sales and providing quick, accurate, and courteous service. This role involves processing customer orders and inquiries, receiving materials, maintaining organization in the showroom/warehouse, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The sales assistant collaborates with other branches to ensure high-quality service across the network.

• Process customer orders at the trade counter or by phone.
• Receive warehouse materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Assist with customer deliveries as needed.
