Store Operations Lead: Key Carrier & Coordinator

Homesense at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations in Westwood, MA.

This role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires open availability, including nights and weekends, to help maintain all aspects of the store and provide strong customer service. You will partner with Management to coach Associates, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold company policies while delivering a positive shopping experience for customers and driving store
